ING Hubs Poland is hiring for the position of Workday Integration Specialist. The team is a technical part of the Global HR team at ING, delivering HR services for over 50,000 colleagues worldwide. The main goal is to unify, simplify, and improve end-user experience using state-of-the-art solutions like Workday and ServiceNow.

Wymagania:

• Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio
• Strong experience in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday Payroll integrations (PECI, PICOF)
• Experience in providing support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and new integrations
• Experience in performing routine break/fix support and regression testing of inbound/outbound interfaces to the system and middleware
• Ability to understand and follow Data Governance and ensure attention to data quality
• Experience in providing support for incident management and integration monitoring
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification in Integration is a plus
• Experience with Workday Extend module, HR functional experience, and organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively are preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, provide timely follow-up and resolution, and pay strong attention to detail
