The role is for Vice President in the Business Quality Assurance - Data Analytics team, based in Warsaw, Poland. The position involves setting global strategy, leading data analytics, and testing programs related to Wholesale Credit Risk data governance.

Wymagania:

• At least 10 years of experience in data analytics, innovation, modelling, or similar functions at an investment or large commercial bank
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Good grasp of Wholesale Credit Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk Processes
• Leadership skills to assist colleagues, coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, manage time and priorities effectively
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Experience in analysing datasets, distilling actionable information, and process redesign execution
• Coding knowledge in at least two programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, Java, R)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
