The role is for Vice President in the Business Quality Assurance - Data Analytics team, based in Warsaw, Poland. The position involves setting global strategy, leading data analytics, and testing programs related to Wholesale Credit Risk data governance.
Wymagania:
- At least 10 years of experience in data analytics, innovation, modelling, or similar functions at an investment or large commercial bank
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Good grasp of Wholesale Credit Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk Processes
- Leadership skills to assist colleagues, coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, manage time and priorities effectively
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Experience in analysing datasets, distilling actionable information, and process redesign execution
- Coding knowledge in at least two programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, Java, R)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
