Trading Application Support Engineer (Horizon) ; ING Hubs Poland is hiring!The expected salary for this position: 9 600 - 16 000 PLN grossThe financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.We are looking for you if you have:3–5 years of experience in software support or DevOps, preferably in supporting highly scalable, secure, and high-performance applicationsStrong knowledge of Linux/UNIX and Windows Server administrationBasic programming skills in languages such as Java, Scala, Python, or othersExperience with CI/CD pipelines and release managementBasic scripting and automation skillsExperience with monitoring tools, such as ZabbixEnglish level: B2/C1You'll get extra points for:Familiarity with financial markets or trading systems supportExperience in supporting end users in resolving configuration issues in production environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to incident prevention and resolutionExcellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetYour responsibilities:Manage incidents, requests, and change ticketsProvide daily operational support for trading application and environmentsDrive automation of repetitive tasks and manual processesContinuously improve support workflows and system reliabilityDevelop and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure system health and performanceParticipate in Scrum ceremoniesImplement, improve, and manage the release pipeline, including automated functional and non-functional testingWork closely with end users to troubleshoot and resolve production issuesInformation about the squad:For our team in Poland, we are looking for a Trading Application Support Engineer, technically passionate, solution-focused.Our team is a part of the Financial Markets & Group Treasury – Investing IT area of ING. We are responsible for development and maintenance of the system used in the Financial Markets and Global Treasury. Team is dedicated for externally hosted application.By being part of our team you will actively participate in the support of mentioned systems. Aside of maintenance of the platform you will participate in automation in the context of CI/CD, testing and monitoring for more effective workplace. All tasks will be realized in the Agile framework.
