Technical writers plan, create, and maintain educational content as an integral part of the engineering or user experience. The content is often in the form of documentation, but may also be UI text, sample code, videos, or other educational material. Regardless of the content medium, technical writers are distinguished by their abilities to explain complex topics in a way that’s useful to their audience.

As a Technical Writer for ABC Engineering Operations, you will define and create essential documentation that enables ABC's product services to scale across Google and various partner ecosystem, including carriers, aggregators, OEMs, and brands. In this high-impact role, you will lead documentation efforts for critical launches and migrations, drive adoption through clear and comprehensive explanations of product capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to directly influence the successful growing RCS for business. You will be at the forefront of crafting compelling narratives about the product and how it can be used, empowering its success across a wide and influential partner ecosystem.

Wymagania:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience creating content for technical audiences.
• Experience in communicating with stakeholders to define and execute content plans.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities in a fluid environment.
