Wymagania:

  • Diagnosing and resolving issues encountered by customers
  • Providing education and guidance on configuring and working with IBM StreamSets products
  • Contributing to product quality by verifying fixes and advocating for improvements
  • Working with the engineering team for customer success
  • Coordination and management of customer contact for critical product issues
  • Participating in an on-call support rotation
  • Computer Science background or equivalent practical experience
  • Linux administration skills
  • JVM knowledge
  • Programming/scripting with Unix Shell scripts, Python, or Java
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting in a Linux environment
  • Setup/configuration/troubleshooting experience in Hadoop core, HBase, HIVE, CDH, HDP, Kafka, Spark, Azure, GCP, AWS, Containers, authentication/authorization protocols, relational databases, Snowflake, MongoDB
