The Technical QA Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of Cyberpunk 2. Responsible for guiding a team of QA professionals, this position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting risk analysis, and overseeing hands-on technical QA across multiple platforms.

Wymagania:

• Previous experience as a Technical QA Analyst or in a similar role with at least 5 years of experience and with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDkit).
• Ability to develop complex test strategies that encompass integration, stress, and performance testing.
• Experience in using testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think systematically to drive quality improvements.
