As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. In this role, you will manage various projects, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the technical directions of your programs. This role offers an opportunity to directly shape the reliability of Google's foundational machine management systems, a critical component of our infrastructure. You will partner with Infrastructure SRE leaders at all levels, driving programs, providing structure, organization, and visibility to technical initiatives. Beyond program execution, you will be instrumental in establishing frameworks that improve organizational efficiency, foster technical leadership, and improve decision-making in a dynamic environment. Your work will directly enable Google to maintain its leadership.

Wymagania:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) or engineering leadership, managing the software development life cycle for distributed systems.
• Experience with data analysis and infrastructure management tools (e.g., SQL for metrics, dashboarding tools, and project management tracking systems).
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects from inception to deployment, working directly with software engineering teams.
