The Evidence Software department in Motorola Solutions is the leading provider of Digital Asset and Evidence Management Solution. The team is responsible for end-to-end software development including: design, implementation, testing, delivery and maintenance. We work in a well balanced scrum team with a full range of software development experience and local Product Owner. We embrace the DevOps culture and Continuous Delivery approach.

Wymagania:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building and managing engineering scrum/agile teams
• Practical experience in developing moderate size software systems
• Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle (cloud software)
• English language skills at level allowing efficient communication
• Problem solver - able to work under minimal supervision
• An experience in managing the end to end software lifecycle
