Would you like to join one of the fastest-growing organizations within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and help Independent Software Vendors customers to maximize the value and benefits of AWS Services? As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) in the AWS Enterprise Support ISV segment, you will have a direct impact in helping customers gain the most value from cloud technology. TAMs actively engage at the account level, providing recommendations and proactive advice throughout the entire cloud adoption life cycle. The Sr. TAM is the customer's trusted advisor and operational excellence expert for Enterprise Support ISV customers. You will provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices. This support extends to addressing strategy-related queries, aiding in project and launch planning, and resolving operational challenges.
Wymagania:
- Experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect, etc.
- Experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting for four or more of the following technical domains: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development in a distributed systems environment, Scripting & Automation, Container technologies, AI, ML.
- Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences dealing with Senior customer stakeholders at Director, VP, C-level.
- Ability to juggle tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Minimum base pay for this position is PLN 18,141.66 monthly.
- Total compensation package may include further pay components such as a sign on payment and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme.
