We are looking for a Tech Lead responsible for our AI & Cloud Platform in our Data-AI-Integration team. Join a small, agile team with a mandate to drive impact across Nordea.

Wymagania:

• BSc, MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Risk Management, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in testing, maintaining, launching AI/ML products, working with MLOps best practices and DevOps environment (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, container orchestration)
• Extensive and documented experience from working as a leader in a technical environment, heavily focused on AI and Cloud
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare and drive presentations in multiple stakeholders meetings
• Experience in training, evaluation, fine-tuning and deployment of predictive models; including feature selection, hyper-parameter tuning, error analysis and data visualization
