ING Hubs Poland is hiring a Solution Architect. The role requires at least 2-3 years of experience in a solution architect or engineering lead position, with a focus on highly regulated environments such as financial institutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field/equivalent work experience.

The Solution Architect will be part of the People and Hubs Enterprise Architecture chapter, collaborating with architects from the Netherlands and Poland. They will work closely with the Enterprise Content and Automation tribe, contributing to solution architecture designs, aligning with high-level architecture, creating global standards, and guiding implementation.

Wymagania:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a solution architect or in an engineering lead role
• Experience in highly regulated environments, such as financial institutions
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field/equivalent work experience
• Experience in Enterprise Content Management domain is a plus
• Knowledge of IT architecture methodologies, processes, service management processes, and agile work environment
• Experience in architecture modelling (ArchiMate) and architecture tooling is advantageous
