ING Hubs Poland is hiring! We are looking for a Solution Architect with at least 2-3 years of experience in a solution architect or engineering lead role. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Enterprise Content Management domain and in highly regulated environments, such as financial institutions. Excellent communication skills, the ability to develop partnerships with stakeholders, and a constant drive for self-improvement are essential. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field is required.

Extra points will be given for knowledge of IT architecture methodologies, processes like TOGAF, service management processes, and experience with an agile work environment. Knowledge of architecture modelling with ArchiMate and architecture tooling is also beneficial.
