About our team: Meet the Corporate & Institutions Software Dev team. Our role is to develop advanced solutions using the latest technologies to support the bank in the Credit area. Our systems are designed to streamline credit processes, improve customer experience and ensure high operational efficiency.

Wymagania:

• Extensive experience in software development and a strong technical background
• Skilled developer with deep expertise in Java, distributed systems and ETL processes
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes including IBM DataStage
• Familiarity with PEGA and PowerCurve platforms
• Leadership skills to lead a technical team, delegate tasks, mentor developers and enforce best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
