As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. The Google Cloud Assist Optimize team is on a mission to empower Developers and Platform Engineers to understand and proactively manage costs for their applications in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), without compromising developer velocity. You will work on a specific project critical to Google Cloud's success, developing cutting-edge AI to make cloud cost optimization intuitive, actionable, and automated. Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities include leading and providing technical guidance to a team of software engineers, collaborating with stakeholders to build AI-driven systems, and staying current with the latest advancements in AI and cloud.

Wymagania:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience in a leadership role.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, experience with data structures/algorithms, and expertise in specific AI/ML fields.
