In this role with the Android Auto team, you will build next level experiences in cars where a critical component of our strategy is enabling developers to build applications for automotive platforms optimized for drivers, for common use cases like Navigation, Media and Communications. As a part of the Car App Library team, you will be responsible for building frameworks that make developers job easier by abstracting hardware variability between cars and providing solutions that are driver distraction aware. You will expand the range of applications enabled in cars, bridging the gap between system capabilities and the needs of developers. As a core member of the engineering team, your responsibilities are geared towards building components and infrastructure for the framework that powers applications in Automotive.
