Wymagania:

• You have at least 3 years of experience working as a Software Engineer
• You have at least 2 years of full-time experience as a Backend Engineer
• You love working in and supporting an interdisciplinary team, together with architects, frontend engineers, QAs, and product owners
• You are passionate about solid technical design, clean code and future-proof architectures
• You are familiar with Java 17+ and frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, or JAX-RS
• You have experience with SQL and relational databases like PostgreSQL
• You have experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or any other cloud provider
• You want to learn new technologies and are able to adopt them quickly
• Great written and verbal communication in English

• You will learn about the wide range of technologies we employ, from native mobile development to infrastructure-as-code in our cloud environment, gaining a rich understanding of the specific requirements of medical software, be it security, medical risk management, safe and resilient programming, or certifications and audits. You will have direct contact with our users, learning about their daily struggles living with diabetes, as well as customers and partners, understanding the unique needs and mechanics of health care systems around the world. Additionally, you may explore other roles related to software development, such as Product Owner or Scrum Master within our interdisciplinary team structure.
• In Austria, we have a legal obligation to disclose the minimum salary according to our collective agreement, which is gross EUR 3.843 - per month for this position. But!
