We are looking for a passionate Software Development Manager to lead our device software into the next generation. We need someone who can support our current product line while driving innovation for our Hardware and software features. To excel in this role, you'll need to be a seasoned leader with experience in leading software teams. You'll be making crucial decisions on design, staffing, requirements, and timelines, balancing risks and trade offs. In this position, you'll collaborate with partner with local and worldwide teams to shape the future of Ring devices and services. Your focus will be on creating easy-to-use products that run efficiently on minimal power. You'll lead our firmware efforts, bringing new consumer products to market and interacting with teams across Ring, Blink, and Amazon.

Wymagania:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals.
• Engineering team management experience.
• People management experience.
• Working directly within engineering teams experience.
• Experience with building successful production software systems.
• Experience working with networking or communications devices in an embedded environment.
