As the Operations Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering high-quality releases of Engineering Platforms. You will ensure that all deliveries align with the strategic vision and roadmap. This role is pivotal in establishing and continuously improving software development processes to enhance internal customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Engineering Platforms vision. Ensure consistent and efficient execution of software delivery processes across teams. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align delivery plans with strategic objectives. Provide transparent communication of progress, risks, and dependencies. Global team management including both solid and dotted lines reports. Establish knowledge exchange and best practice sharing practices across teams. Implement lean principles to eliminate waste and improve cycle times. Define and track KPIs to measure delivery performance, process effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards. Support assessments and audits, implement corrective actions as needed. Establish projects portfolio and drive projects execution leveraging project management principles.
