Wymagania:

• Your academic education has evolved around aspects of oligonucleotide (preferred siRNA) design and/or chemistry (ideally both) within the fields of RNA biology, Chemistry or Biochemistry and you have attained a PhD in the relevant field.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in working in an industrial R&D and drug discovery environment related to ONTs with proven track record of science-related project execution, including ideation, planning, decision making, problem solving, stakeholder management and successful closure.
• You are confident in working independently with matrix teams, across different research disciplines, managing priorities and connecting with all levels of a drug development organization.
• You are a skilled narrator with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise way.
