We are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Application Manager to oversee and enhance key ServiceNow applications. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day deliverables across various ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Integrated Risk Management and Security Operations. You will act as the link between product owners and technical teams, ensuring the product backlogs are delivered in a coordinated manner, managing platform upgrades and release cycles. You will also ensure governance, compliance, and ServiceNow's standards and best practices are consistently applied. Monitoring usage and performance, you’ll identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive better outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with dealing with various stakeholders to deliver impact.
