As part of our expert Design System team, you’ll help bring products to life by building the foundations that millions of users interact with every day. Your work will sit at the heart of our product ecosystem - creating a multi-brand, token-based Design System, prototyping new interactions and ensuring our experiences are consistent, accessible and truly memorable. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to long-term strategy and play a key role in how our design craft evolves. Wymagania:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in design, including at least 2 years focused on creating and evolving Design Systems.
- Understanding of accessibility principles and hands-on experience implementing digital accessibility.
- Strong ability to think strategically about the Design System as a product.
- Experience in managing design decisions and scaling a mature Design System.
- Ability to drive evangelization and promotion of the Design System across the organization.
- Expert proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma, Token Studio.
- Experience working with tools for technical documentation (e.g. Supernova, Storybook, Zeroheight).
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and micro-animations for interfaces (e.g. Lottie).
- Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining design decisions and presenting them to stakeholders.
- English proficiency sufficient for daily communication (B2).
