Our Technology Delivery Office (TDO) team is the driving force behind the Allegro Technology portfolio. As we scale, our Senior Leads require a dedicated partner to bridge the gap between daily operations and strategic oversight across the entire tech organization. In this role, you will be the operational engine of the TDO. You’ll stand on guard of data accuracy, manage our internal toolsets, and provide the analysis needed to identify trends and anomalies. By absorbing the operational complexity, you will ensure the portfolio runs smoothly while developing your skills within the Technology Delivery Office structures.

Wymagania:

• 2-4 years of experience in project/portfolio management support, operations, or data-heavy administrative roles
• Very strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel
• General understanding of technology environments and Agile methodologies
• Language skills: Polish C1 and English B2
