Wymagania:

• Abgeschlossenes technisches bzw. naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit Promotion in Chemie, Biologie, Medizin oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
• Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Diagnostikumfeld sowie Führungserfahrung in Matrixstrukturen
• Ausgewogene Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden nach SAFe sind unerlässlich
• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind zwingend erforderlich
