Nokia's Platforms Engineering 4LS team drives value for communication service providers and enterprises by leading the shift to cloud-native software and as-a-service models. Supporting Nokia Cloud Operations Manager (NCOM), a core part of Nokia’s Cloud Core Automation portfolio with a strong global presence, the team blends deep cloud-native development knowledge with 24/7 operations expertise. Team members design operational strategies, automate administrative tasks, simplify component support, and build test automation toolchains for complex, distributed systems based on open-source technologies. In 4th Level Support, they troubleshoot and resolve customer delivery issues, often requiring innovative solutions. Joining the team offers a chance to apply engineering skills and system design expertise on solutions deployed globally.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will work with technical support teams as well as business owners and customers on operational requirements, technical support and help our R&D teams to come up with a detailed operational requirement that fulfills both the functional and non-functional requirements, quality standards, and legal criteria.
