As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. You will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions. In this role, you will be creating the mechanisms to collect, analyze, and visualize data, providing insights that inform the development of upcoming Pixel products.

The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. Responsibilities include partnering with teams to infuse data insights, advocating data-motivated strategies, designing and developing systems for data analysis, and creating tools and reports.

Wymagania:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in software development
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products
• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role
• 3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization
• Experience with Java, C++, Python, and JavaScript
