• At least 5+ years of experience building native apps

• Excellent communication skills and ability to give/receive feedback
• Experience in Swift, Objective-C, and mentoring other engineers
• Focus on user experience, accessibility, performance, and systemic solutions
• Proven track record of building reliable and scalable solutions
• Write tests for high-quality software delivery
