ING Hubs Poland is hiring for the position of Senior ServiceNow Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules, integrating ServiceNow with other systems, troubleshooting issues, supporting existing applications, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

The team works on developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform within the ING Group, focusing on Enterprise System Management. The squad operates with autonomy under the guidance of a business Product Owner.

Wymagania:

• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and architecture
• Certification in ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist
• Strong knowledge of web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP, etc.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules
• Skills with Dockers, Containers, and Pipeline Development
• Proficiency in pipeline based deployments
• Experience with automated testing
• Proficient in English
