Senior Security Awareness and Education Specialist at ABB. Working to shape and strengthen the human side of information security globally. Responsible for designing and delivering impactful security awareness and education initiatives, creating engaging learning experiences, and driving behavioral change.

You will join a collaborative, innovative, and globally connected team, contributing to Security Risk and Compliance in Information Systems.

Wymagania:

• 5+ years of experience in security awareness, learning & development, e-learning, or communication
• Strong skills in security awareness, learning design, and communication strategies
• Knowledge of instructional design, change management, and behavior-shaping techniques
• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Learning & Training, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent in English with excellent writing, presentation, and training delivery skills
