We are looking for a Senior Resource Planning Specialist to join a team dedicated to running the entire contractor lifecycle smoothly, consistently and with real operational impact. As a Senior Resource Planning Specialist, you will own the end-to-end administrative process for a defined portfolio of contractors - from start of cooperation to final invoice. By centralizing and standardizing this work, you will free Technology managers to focus on strategic priorities, not paperwork. We’re hiring both a mid-level and senior specialist, so there’s room to grow and shape the function with us. Wymagania:
- Proven experience in contractor management, procurement operations, vendor coordination or a similar high-volume administrative environment.
- Understanding of end-to-end processes: contracting, PO lifecycle, compliance and invoicing.
- Demonstrated ability to independently resolve complex cases, spot risks and ensure accuracy across multiple systems.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Procurement, Security, TA) and managing escalations.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify systemic gaps, and suggest improvements or standardization initiatives.
- Understanding of contractor-related administration.
- General awareness of Technology environments - enough to understand basics of common tech roles.
- Strong soft skills: excellent organization, ability to prioritize effectively, close loops and manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to cooperate with stakeholders.
