Opis oferty:
Global Repair Services Operations provide the product repair support for warranty and non-warranty for the Motorola Solutions Products in the region. The goal is to provide a seamless experience to Motorola Solutions customers. The Senior Repair Process Specialist will be responsible for investigating, proposing, developing, optimizing, and evaluating processes and equipment. They will also work closely with stakeholders to translate user requirements into business user stories, create specifications for reports and analysis, and provide consultation to address business issues.
Wymagania:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business/corporate, management or engineering field
- Experience in financial analysis, data flow analysis, and project management
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Soft skills such as leadership abilities and excellent written and verbal communication
- Technological proficiency and technical knowledge
- Demonstrated expertise in the area of specialization
