The digital heart of this part of the business is an ERP system – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. We are not looking for an administrator who will 'keep the system alive.' We are looking for a visionary and strategist – a Product Manager who will take the lead in platform development, treating it as a living product that should bring measurable business value, optimize processes, and support our expansion into international markets. As the D365 F&O Product Manager, you will become a key partner for business representatives from the Finance and Operations departments and a communication bridge for the technical team. Your task will be to transform business needs into scalable system solutions, in line with Microsoft's 'One Version' policy.

Wymagania:

• Minimum 4-5 years of practical experience working with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O system (or Dynamics AX 2012 with documented cloud migration experience) in the role of Product Owner, Lead Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of processes in at least one of the following areas: Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Taxes), Supply Chain (Inventory Management, Purchasing, Sales, Master Planning, Manufacturing).
• Practical skills in using Azure DevOps, LCS, and understanding the D365 data model. Knowledge of the RSAT tool is a plus.
• Fluent in Polish and English (C1 level).
