Opis oferty:

The FinanceTech team is responsible for the development and maintenance of IT systems that support the area of corporate finance. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the corporate finance application landscape and developing this area in line with the expectations of internal customers and strategic objectives. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with stakeholders, managing the product backlog and project portfolio, developing roadmaps and timelines, coordinating key development initiatives, facilitating communication across teams, running continuous product discovery, and preparing documents and presentations for key stakeholders.

Wymagania:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems supporting financial management, particularly SAP and IBM Cognos
• Proven domain knowledge in corporate finance processes
• Experience in designing and implementing changes in processes and IT services
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience with managing product backlogs
• Fluency in Polish and English
