Wymagania:

• Proven experience as a rigging system developer in game development or VFX.
• Expertise in Maya, MotionBuilder, and Unreal Engine rigging workflows (experience with Blender or Houdini is a plus).
• Deep understanding of Unreal Engine 5, including Control Rig, Sequencer, and Live Link.
• Strong knowledge of rigging pipelines, deformation systems, and real-time performance constraints.
• Strong Python programming skills, backed by examples of previous rigging systems developed.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Familiarity with motion capture retargeting pipelines.
• Experience with version control systems Perforce and Git.
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for supporting production teams.
• A sense of humor and a strong drive to take on challenges.
