ING Hubs Poland is hiring for the position of Senior Penetration Tester. The role involves conducting comprehensive penetration tests on applications, infrastructure, and systems, evaluating and reporting on identified vulnerabilities, supporting the implementation of IT security requirements, collaborating with development and infrastructure teams, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the development of internal testing methodologies.

As a member of the Offensive Security Center of Expertise, you will be part of a squad of 40 pentesters working on enhancing cyber resilience through advanced penetration testing and red teaming. The role is classified as 'Engineer IV' in the global ING job architecture.

Wymagania:

• Several years of hands-on experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
• Proficiency in penetration testing tools and methodologies such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Ghidra, IDA, Frida
• Good knowledge of programming and scripting languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant hands-on certifications (e.g., eWPTX, OSWE, OSEP, BSCP, CPTS)
• Fluent English communication skills (B2/C1 level)

Extra points for knowledge of advanced persistent threats, cloud security experience, contributions to the cybersecurity community, higher technical education, additional security certifications, and experience in an international environment.
