In this role you will collaborate with dynamic global technology teams with niche competences and cutting-edge technology. You will be developing the power grids of the future, by creating a software that is used in crucial processes. The product is designed to have a long life while also being very efficient and easy to maintain, scalable to future needs, and resilient to evolving technological and business requirements.

Wymagania:

• Deliver high-quality software solutions (Desktop + Web) using .NET (C#, WPF, Blazor, ASP.NET Core).
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Domain Experts, other Development Teams, and the Software Architect.
• Actively participate in all team activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure smooth project progress.
• Contribute to team R&D efforts by bringing innovative ideas and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
• Recommend suitable frameworks, platforms, or technology stacks for implementing solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high product quality, provide constructive feedback, and mentor less experienced colleagues to help them grow their skills and knowledge.
• Communicate effectively in English within an international team.
