ING Hubs Poland is hiring! We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with very good knowledge of Spark and Python, hands-on experience building complex data pipelines, proficiency in handling ML models including deployment and consumption patterns, ability to refactor, maintain, and debug existing machine learning solutions, strong problem-solving skills, and the capability to troubleshoot and optimize ML models.
You'll get extra points for interest in banking and banking products, experience working in international, cross-functional teams, and knowledge in Airflow and Azure pipelines.
Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining a code base that produces ML models, improving data flow, establishing new data sources and deployment, troubleshooting data issues, providing robust solutions for optimal performance and reliability, continuously optimizing systems for performance and cost-effectiveness, documenting technical specifications, procedures, and outcomes, and using Azure DevOps for CI/CD, task tracking, version control, and other DevOps practices.
You will be part of an international highly skilled team of data scientists, machine learning and data engineers within Center of Excellence Analytics Engineering at ING, working in an agile environment to help ING achieve its goals on a global scale. Your product squad is delivering a Retail Banking Machine Learning solution, including GenAI initiatives, and you will have the opportunity to grow and implement your analytics ideas.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be 'Engineer IV'.
