ING Hubs Poland is hiring for the position of Senior Integrator. The role involves representing the Global WB Tech Consumers of Global Infrastructure services, driving strategic alignment, communication with stakeholders, and providing expert advice on service lifecycle management.

The Senior Integrator will be part of the WISDOM team within Wholesale Banking Tech/Cross Product Services/Infrastructure Expertise Services (IES). The team focuses on facilitating scalable and resilient IT services to meet the evolving needs of WB-Tech stakeholders through innovation, collaboration, governance, and stakeholder management.

Wymagania:

• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in infrastructure and enterprise-scale environments, ideally in ING/CTO/Global Infrastructure
• Effective communicator, motivator, and bridge-builder between technical and business domains
• Experience with technology stacks like Linux/Windows, ICHP, and basic network knowledge
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's or Master's level of working and thinking
