Opis oferty:

As an IT/OT Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the IT and OT landscape at our Hitachi Energy sites. You ensure smooth operations for both office IT and shop‑floor OT systems, especially those not supported by Global OSS teams. Your focus will be on resolving issues quickly, keeping systems secure, and enabling the factory to operate without disruption. This is a hands-on role where you troubleshoot, execute on-site support, and contribute to a secure and resilient production environment

Wymagania:

• Completed formal IT qualification or apprenticeship
• Minimum two years of experience in IT support
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Familiar with: ServiceNow, MS 365, Windows, iOS, asset management tools
• ITIL 4 preferred; Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage
