• PhD in Life Sciences with at least 5 years of postdoctoral experience
• Strong background in hemostasis/thrombosis
• Experience in in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo models
• Expertise in designing, executing, and interpreting complex preclinical studies
• Good publication record and successful collaborations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
• Fluency in English
