Wymagania:

• Bachelor/master’s degree in technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, preferably in IT, Engineering or related industry.
• 5+ years working in both Agile and Predictive environments; SCRUM certification is a plus.
• Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical IS capabilities and solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification is desirable; experience with IT Service Management applications (e.g., ServiceNow) and familiarity with project management principles are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of system and application integrations, including data flow, interface design, and end-to-end process connectivity.
