• Bachelor's degree required plus 8 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience OR Entry level with a Ph.D.
• Demonstrates potential for technical proficiency, scientific creativity, and collaboration with others and independent thought.
• Strong understanding of scientific principles and concepts.
