Wymagania:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field with 2-4 years of relevant laboratory experience, preferably in an industry setting.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with NGS library preparation protocols (e.g., DNA-seq, RNA-seq, exome sequencing).
• Proficiency in standard molecular biology techniques, including PCR, nucleic acid extraction, and purification.
• Experience with DNA QC instruments such as Qubit, Tapestation, Nanodrop, etc.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
