SAP Solution Architect R2R VIM is responsible for the solutioning, designing, testing of SAP VIM solution. Participates in implementations, support, and integration projects. Leading the implementation of new functionalities and improving existing functionalities across SAP VIM module. Providing 3rd Level expertise for Incident/Problem management, Application Change Management, enhancements, and Projects.

• Define, analyze, and document business requirements
• Map business requirements and provide solutions along with configuration and functional specifications
• Ensure no conflicts with ongoing project design and roll out plan
• Prepare suitable documentation for identified scopes
• Keep up to date with industry best practices
• Participate in process assessments and address identified gaps
• Design and conduct training programs for Key Users
• Provide 3rd Level expertise for various SAP processes and systems
