The Salesforce Business Analyst for Contract Lifecycle Management (Conga CLM) plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This position is centered around fostering collaboration among stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clear and continuously refined, ultimately driving innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and enable seamless digital transformation. By maximizing operational efficiency, the Business Analyst contributes significantly to the overall success of the organization.

Wymagania:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering or similar with minimum 5+ year of experience of relevant working experience, from that at least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst in Conga Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Certification like Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Contract Lifecycle Management (Conga) Admin is preferred. And Salesforce Business Analyst or CBAP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong ability to break down complex business requirements into structured user stories and proactively address challenges while iterating on solutions.
• Ensure accuracy in documentation, backlog management, and test case preparation, following a methodical approach to requirement gathering and UAT preparation.
• Experience with Salesforce solutions, including configuration, process automation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation, along with a solid understanding of data flows and business rules.
