CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a QA Manager to join our Boston studio team working on Project Cyberpunk 2, an exciting new AAA game currently in development. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading the QA team from the ground up while ensuring the highest quality standards across the project.
Wymagania:
- Minimum 5 years of game industry experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering AAA games.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard game development processes and methodologies.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience, with a history of managing senior staff across disciplines.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience setting up QA processes for cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Experience with risk management, quality control, and change management in large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience with multiplayer games.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
