In our Kraków office, we focus on developing software for mission critical systems, including the Motorola Fleet management software used by various organizations such as Police, Military, Navy, and more. As a QA Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software through a combination of manual testing, automation, and the application of AI tools.

Wymagania:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role with strong focus on test automation
• Hands-on experience with writing automated tests using Python (knowledge of Robot Framework is a plus)
• Practical experience in applying AI/ML tools to automate testing
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies
• Experience with hardware, operating systems, virtualization, and network configuration
• ISTQB certification or similar
• Ability to work at least 3 days in the office
