CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a QA Engineering Manager to build and lead our QA Engineering function. Your mission is to shape how QA Engineering operates: owning frameworks, tools and pipelines that help QA and development teams ship stable, testable and performant builds. The role involves supporting projects like Witcher 4, Cyberpunk 2, and Sirius, creating shared QA Engineering services and technologies for the studio.

Wymagania:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in games or software industry in a similar role
• Strong engineering background with ability to review technical designs and code
• Experience developing or overseeing automated test frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and automated tests integration
• Leadership experience, mentoring, and supporting growth of technical staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
