ING Hubs Poland is hiring for the position of Python Engineer in the Search & AI Technologies team. They are looking for a highly skilled Python Engineer with a passion for search technologies, AI-driven solutions, and scalable applications. The team is focused on developing and optimizing ING's internal search engine.

Wymagania:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Python Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack
• Familiarity with RAG-based solutions, vector search, and GenAI integration
• Knowledge of search ranking, relevance tuning, and query optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in RESTful API development, microservices, and containerization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
