Roche is embarking on a strategic initiative to extend its global presence by strengthening its Global Strategic Hubs, with Pune identified as a crucial location for this expansion. The Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Function ambition is to establish a globally connected Specialist Services Hub in Pune, designed to seamlessly complement and enhance our existing global Subchapter structures. This hub is dedicated to delivering consistent, scalable project management services by leveraging the diverse skills and perspectives available across our global network.

Wymagania:

• Significant experience in a similar role (5+ years)
• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion
• Strong analytical skills, ideally with hands-on experience in data engineering (consolidation, processing); knowledge of data science tools is a strong plus
• Familiarity with budget management, financial tracking, and resource allocation. Experience with quality management, compliance, or risk management is advantageous
• Existing Roche knowledge or experience working in large global organizations is highly valued
• Experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment is highly valued
• Prior experience collaborating with global teams is a plus #LI-DNI
