The Product Owner position at Roche involves leading a highly talented engineering team targeting the healthcare industry, making detailed plans, and directing technical activities. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting priorities, and aligning project goals with business objectives.

Wymagania:

• Around 12+ years of experience and 6 years of product owner/product management experience, preferably in an agile environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry with a strong understanding of laboratory workflows and processes related to genomic testing and mutation profiling
• Familiarity with molecular biology, genetics, and/or cancer biology concepts
• Demonstrated initiative, ability to set priorities, and execute with excellence
• Experience in applying Agile Principles and working effectively in a team-oriented environment
